What it means to be a ‘real’ man

Our perception of what a real man is, has (thankfully) changed over time, moving from having to be ‘rough and tough’ to becoming almost over-feminine during the ‘women’s lib’ years, to finding more a balance.

So what does it mean to be a real man?  It certainly involves being in touch with your feelings, and being accountable for your actions, and walking your talk and being a man of integrity.

It also means being in touch with your passion … and who you really are.
