Stress, anxiety and overwhelm

Stress, anxiety and overwhelm is so present in our society today that it has become ‘normal’.

It is, however, very far from ‘normal’ and a million miles away from what your body was designed to deal with. No wonder then that we are still seeing an exponential increase in disease and the use of ‘anti-stress’ medication.

There is another way.
