Matrix Reimprinting and EFT Karl Dawson and Sasha Allenby

This is one of those books that I enjoyed reading cover to cover, page by page. If you’ve ever read a book where your whole being went ‘Yes!’ in recognition and resonance, this is one of those. The whole theory and practical application of Matrix Reimprinting just intuitively makes sense.

Not only does it explain the theory behind Matrix Reimprinting and detailed instructions on exactly how to do the process,  it also provides numerous real-life examples of how the techniques changed peoples lives. And as an added bonus, it is clear that Karl and Sasha understands that life is NOT like a text book and, based on their own experience of working with thousands of people, provide advice and guidance on what to do when a client responds to the technique in unexpected ways.

The book covers examples of emotional upheaval, physical and serious disease, low self-esteem and addictions and explains the best approaches to heal these situations in great
detail.

Karl and Sasha write in very easy to understand and conversational English and even though people who have experienced EFT (either as clients or practitioners) may find it easier to grasp the finer details of how to apply Matrix skilfully, everyone will benefit from reading this book. [Note: They consistently underline the importance of finding a skilled practitioner to help you work through deep seated issues]

If you are serious about becoming happier and healthier, and actually applying the technique this book is a must have for your bookshelp. I have been applying Matrix on  myself and clients over the last few weeks and have been very happy (and impressed!) by the results.
