Whatever is troubling you (anxiety, depression, fears or phobias, sexual frustrations or something else), EFT has a reputation for ‘one minute wonders’ where your ‘issue’ literally disappears within minutes of tapping.
One of my first EFT clients in 2003, overcame a life-long fear of heights in 20 minutes – while we worked on the phone with him in London and me in Edinburgh! There are a number of other testimonials and clips on the web proving the same.
However, for most people deeper change does not come that quickly so if you are looking for a quick fix I’m probably not the best person to help you.
And, having said that, the results I see routinely in my practice blows any other healing modality that I know of clean out of the water!
So if you are looking to be supported by someone who’s worked through major life challenges himself and who can support you with compassion and skill then I am here to see you through whatever tough time you’re going through. If you are willing to put in the work in between our sessions then I believe you have every chance of getting through whatever is getting in the way of you being as happy, healthy and successful as you want to be.
I approach individual therapy sessions holistically and apply EFT and Matrix Re-imprinting every step of the way:
- Body: I can help you to clear up your unresolved ‘stuff’ from the past that still gets in the way of your future, for once and for all
- Mind: I can show you how to become clear on how you would like to feel and be, and then how to actively choose the thoughts that support you getting there
- Spirit: I can teach you specifically how to use the immense power of your imagination to help you get to where you want to be going
EFT is a very powerful technique, and if you read these testimonials you’ll see that I create a safe environment for us to work through whatever is troubling you. It is however crucial that you understand that what you between our sessions is as important; I will guide you along the way but you are the one that will be healing yourself.
I only offer sessions via the phone or Skype, as effective as face-to-face sessions and you can stay in the safety and comfort of your home. This way I can also send you a recording of our session afterwards at no additional cost, if you wish.

The standard fee is £120 per session.
